Welcome to the front row! From here, enjoy the breathtaking view across Lake Maggiore to the famous Borromean Islands. This cosy two-room apartment is located on the upper floor of Villa Ottolini, nestled in beautiful surroundings right on Lake Maggiore. The apartments (five in total) are comfortably furnished with a bedroom, living and dining area, kitchenette, and balcony. Our regular guests love the unique location.
The accommodation
The apartment features a lovely living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room and bedroom both open onto the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Parking is available directly at Villa Ottolini.

In addition to the apartment, two lawns within the property are available for our guests’ use. Around Villa Ottolini, there are additional green spaces as well as various access points to Lake Maggiore.

Things tend to be rather quiet at Villa Ottolini. You won’t find mass tourism here—instead, the small town of Arolo offers a taste of typical Italian life. Still, you won’t have to go without anything. For example, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the restaurant. We offer a bread delivery service; you can rent a SUP from us; and if you have a motorboat, the small harbour has a spot available for rent right at the dock. A scheduled ferry runs nearby to all the sights around the lake, and in the evening, you can watch the sunset from the terrace. Have fun!
