The hotel is on the older side, so its not to say its dirty or unkept but its obviously been around awhile. Parking is annoying as one would expect in downtown houston. Theres a small parking garage that fills fast and cost $30 a night. The best things are location and price. It wasnt too expensive and its right by the galleria mall. There is a cool place next door called the conservatory which has a bar surrounded by taco truck style mini restraunts, that simply has great vibes.
