"This was probably the 1st truly wheelchair accessible hotel room I've ever used. Everything down to the shower layout was perfect."

"Bedding had stains and a dirt mark on them, when we asked for new bedding we didn’t get everything just a sheet and top blanket. Soap was out in the bathroom and the tub and scuffs/dirt(I don’t really know) all over it. This is our second stay here and the first time was amazing so i’m a little sad about this time :(("

"The property was dirty, it was like it was in the middle of a remodel with paint dripped on the floor in the elevator and in the hallway. Holes in the carpet. Sidewalk was crumbling and missing pieces! The pool and hot tub are TINY!!. the floor in our room was really sticky. The coffee pots and juice machine were leaking. BUT.... the staff were really nice and helpful the breakfast was good and the beds were really comfortable!!"

"Almost everything was great. The staff was excellent. The breakfast is well done. The property and room were very clean and well kept. My almost is due to the high level of chemicals in the pool. My kiddo swims a BUNCH in pools and lakes and this is the first time her skin and eyes got VERY red. The smell of the chlorine was also very strong. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool-but only opted to use it once due to the potency of the chemicals. But REALLY everything else was very good. I would stay here again. Hopefully they get the chems under control."

"Property was well maintained. Staff was friendly and it was in a great location. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in in years. Pool and hot tub were fun and relaxing. I've stated other holiday ends that had EV chargers. Wish this one would have had that amenity for their guests."
