Two Deluxe exclusive pool villas for 4 + 2 close to beaches with wonderful view

Land has 2 twin villas , each with its own exclusive pool and bbq , as well as with exclusive garden,so privacy is guaranteed . Each villa is fully equipped and furnished.
Each room is air conditioned for summer, with central heating and fire place for winter.
Stone patio surrounding and spot lights make our villa look as a 'château' using the terms of a recent French client. It consists of 750 m² surrounding for each villa, wonderful garden all around that guarantee privacy for guests of both villas.

Private parking outside the villa.
Owners are proud to offer personalize service and honoured to see our guest coming back .
2 master bedrooms with one double bed and one single each .
PRICES ARE UP TO 4 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN IN TWO MASTER BEDROOM VILLA
But if you are more than 4 + 2 , then :
Not included in renting prices : studio at semi basement level linked with external steps to the villa in the same building forming a 3 level villa . Studio is self catered with one double bed , a room with an extra double sofa with kitchen corner and one third bathroom.
The studio increases the capacity of our villa to 3 master bedrooms , 3 bathrooms,Totally 6 adults and 4 children .

Séjour parfait, maison très agréable et accueil d’Helen superbe

Très bien accueillis par Helen qui nous a donné les bonnes adresses du coin et était vraiment à l’écoute. La propreté de la maison est exemplaire, un ménage est fait en cours de séjour. Propriété très bien entretenue, piscine privative très très très bien. A réserver les yeux fermés

Perfect vacation with kids!

The house is beautiful and it is located in one of the best area of Lefkada, closed to the most beautiful beaches. In the house you can find everything you need. There is a fantastic swimming pool and a large area for barbecue. The owner is very kind and takes care of all you need, with a cleaning service twice a week.

A beautiful house for a family with or without a dog

This accommodation offers the independence of a house with the luxury of a hotel (hospitality and availability of the owner and her staff). Many nice beaches around, delicious taverns and amazing country side. We can only recommend the place.

Ideal pour un groupe d'amis ou toute une famille

Il s'agit de 2 maisons et de 2 piscines sur un jolie terrain tres bien place. Helen est extremement sympatique et parle toutes les langues! La maison est tres bien equipe et d'un standard superieur. il faut savoir que ce sont 2 maisons cote a cote donc il vaut mieux tomber sur des voisins sympas ou louer la totalite. Nous etions tres bien tombe. Lefkada est pour moi le plus beau coin de Grece, les plages que l'on peut y trouver sont merveilleuses.
