The villa is fully equipped so you have an experience of a lifetime during your vacations. . This charming villa with private infinity swimming pool perched in a quite location on the hillside of Kathisma beach, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Ionian sea, sunset and evergreen mountainous terrain of the valley below. The villa is only 15 to 20 minutes away from the center of the town. The other well known beaches are not far away like Porto Katsiki, Egremnoi, Agios Nikitas, Megali
Petra.
Two beautiful bedrooms open beamed ceilings with 1 bathroom take space on the upper level with two balconies with sea view, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge area and a WC on the ground floor.
The outdoor area is equally as charming, a large shaded relaxing sofa area while a very prominent almost edgeless infinity pool takes center stage and is furnished with sun lounges.
