This two-storey luxury modern villa comfortably sleeps 5 people. Built in 2015 it is fully equipped with everything you could need for the perfect holiday.

It has its own private pool, gardens and parking for at least 3 cars and is only 400m from the beautiful Pasa Beach. Villa Myrtis is in the perfect location, a 5 minute drive from Nidri which compliments tavernas, bakeries, supermarket and stretches of beach front and tasteful cafes. And only 15km from Lefkada town. An easily accessible road means you can explore the whole island with ease. Or simply kick back and relax in your own private pool!

Stunning Villa - most helpful hosts.

From when we arrived until when we left every effort had been made to make our stay wonderful. With 2 primary bedrooms the accommodation is best suited for 4,. A 20 min walk into Nidri provided seclusion during the day and easy access for dining out later. Most evenings we spent sat out at the property enjoying a glass or two of wine. Gor the day we travelled the island in a small car - my advice would be to avoid the smallest cars if there are 4 adults in the group - some of the hills can be quite demanding - including getting up to the Villa from the road. I am sure you will enjoy.

The villa was absolutely perfect. The best we have ever stayed in. The owners welcomed us personally and left us such an extensive and generous welcome pack. We were thrilled with everything. Thank you so much for a great holiday.

Perfect villa for family

Booking easy and details accurate. When we arrived we were met and shown everything and how it all works The view blew us away. The property is very well furnished and a really good standard of fittings etc. Everything works! Everything you need is there and it’s all modern, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully planned. The location is breathtaking and , although we normally want to go out and about, we (family of 5 with three daughters in their 20s) were more than happy to sit outside by the pool, enjoy the stunning view, read books and jump into the pool every half hour. Car is necessary but a walk of about 20 minutes takes you to lots of restaurants. This really was the ideal holiday villa for us - we shall be re-booking!

Great holidays in a perfect place

The Villa is really perfect with a nice view to the sea. We loved the pool and the Garden. The owner of the Villa are very friendly. We will be back!!!! Nidri is a lovely town, with a lot of Restaurants. Lefkada is also very beautiful.

I forgot to write a review for this place last time i stayed. but i have just booked again for this summer. i couldnt wait to return. It was fantastic. Modern facilities, great staff. the beach is very close and the water is beautiful. lots of wonderful places to eat out in Nidri and Nikiana makes a nice change. im so excited to return with my family.

The title says it all, i highly recommend this villa. We stayed here as part of our 2 week family holiday. The view is just amazing. The villa is modern and well looked after. very clean. with everything you need. The people were very nice and on hand for anything that you need. Private, with your own pool. and you literally stroll over the road to the beach! fantastic holiday

A Breathtaking view, highly recommended

The villa is stunning form the moment we arrived to the moment we dragged ourselves away. The villa is finished to perfection. the facilites and services finished to a high standard. A breathtaking view form every angle, straight to the sea. which is also only a stones throw away. The location is also near on perfect. the beach is just there. Nidri is 2 minutes in the car where you can find everything you need and a variety of places to eat, trips and shops. plenty to keep you entertained if you want it. though i preferred lazy days by the pool. highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Fantastic location villa and service. You couldn't wish for better from your holiday. The villa was lovely and clean and fully equipped. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, with crystal clear water. This was a birthday treat with my family. Highly recommended. Would definitely return.

fantastic view, fantastic place

Villa Myrtis was a great find. The view over the Ionian sea is beautiful. it is in an ideal location. Inside in modern and fully equipped with a laundry room too. The villa has its own private pool and the sea is a 2 minute stroll along the road. The island is busy in August and this villa is a peaceful and private. Nidri town is a vibrant place, with lots of gift shops. we even went on a boat tour and explored other islands close by. Great place, great people and a great island. a must visit.

Every moment of our stay was perfect

This was our first stay at Villa Myrtis and we are already arranging to come back next year. Everything was perfect. The villa, pool and outside area was spotlessly clean. Everything we could need inside. modern and spacious. Located in the perfect place with the beach a stones throw away, literally. We cant wait to return. A big thank you to all the people that made our stay perfect.

The photos do not do this place justice. the view is just divine. Sunrise or sunset. the colours are beautiful. a quiet retreat just outside the hussle and bussel of it all. I went for diner in Nidri and areas around. The villa was lovely too. me and partner didnt want to leave. everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Pasa beach is very lovely too. its 5 stars fro me. i would love to return.

what a treat, fantastic holiday, perfect location

What a great holiday. This was our first time staying at villa myrtis. i was a little cautious when i booked. but i must say the villa was perfect. everything was modern and new inside. you could find everything you need. there is even a laundry room in the basement. the pool was clean, the outside area very generous. and the location is ideal. the beach being just a few steps over the road. and Nidri 2 minutes in the car. Nidri being full of life, places to eat and local shops for gifts to take home. it was a great balance for my family.

Brand new, great location and wonderful host

We stayed at villa Myrtis in early September and enjoyed our stay very much. Anna, Maria and their Dad manage the villa and were so warm and welcoming. They left us with an amazing welcome basket which was a nice surprise. The photos/views speak for themselves but the villa itself was very clean, well-stocked and the booking was easy. I'd highly recommend villa Myrtis.

Grazie per lo splendido soggiorno,quando vedi delle belle foto della tua location di vacanze,hai sempre paura che la realtà' sia inferiore.Ed invece......anche meglio una villa accogliente in posizione ottima, panoramica è comoda con tutti i confort da 5 stelle.Belle e brave persone persone.Per tutte le età',noi eravamo 2 adulti due ragazz.i grandi e n bambino,tutti entusiasti. Vicina al mare e con il primo super market a 300. Metri.La. consiglio a tutti.

Wonderful villa, excellent hospitality

We spent our honeymoon in villa Myrtis this July and it was PERFECT!!!! The villa is private and very quiet with amazing view and modern interiors. Everything was well organized and the owners were more than helpful, they even helped us charter a nice motor boat, and recommended us the closest gyms. We were very close to a quiet charming beach and only 5 minutes distance from Nydri. Thank you Anna and Maria!!!
