Probably one of the worst hotels we stayed at. Check in took ages as multiple guests were there at the time we arrived complaining about the condition of their rooms and missing reservations. The room we were given was apparently "refurbished" but looked nothing like the pictures on the listing. The bathroom was ancient, the triple room is not as spacious as described and it was dirty when we first checked in. The rooms were never cleaned proactively, we had to ask for it at the reception every morning. The toilets in the lobby were unacceptably dirty and staff didn't seem to bother when feedback was given. The location is great as it's right at the heart of Lefkada town however the area outside the hotel is a construction site as they are still rebuilding the square. Parking is not easy! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone as you can find a better accommodation in the centre at a similar price. Overall, a very poor experience!

Try a different place.

This is not a four star hotel. Mattress terrible, no tea or coffee or kettle. No curtain or blind on WC - used towel to hide from neighbours balcony. Noisy aircon. A lift to fit two persons only so most guests have to lug their bags upstairs. Location is the only thing this hotel has got.

Brilliant stay. Helpful staff at the reception desk. Clean balcony room . Walk in shower. Plenty of food at breakfast. Excellent location for the bus route to nearby towns. Central to all the bars and restaurants .Highly recommend .

The hotel was in a nice position. Parking was awful, no spaces and this was November so out of holiday season. Breakfast was awful, no coffee, stale bread and out of date yoghurt. Sink in bathroom was loose. Beds had super soft mattress toppers, this made the bed way too soft and ending up hurting my back.

Construction around the front in a huge area. Which can be understandable but there was no parking so we had to bring our luggage a long distance and drag it thru construction and all their stuff was out in the way. Then the room spelt like raw sewage. Area is beautiful! Once all done the area will be beautiful! Just to fix the smell. Also why steps in the lobby two , to lift your luggage up to the elevator makes no sense!

When we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait for about 15-20 minutes to check in. We rang the bell, but no one came. We walked around inside the hotel and tried to find someone to assist us! Eventually, someone arrived, but they couldn't find our reservation at first. Then the key card they gave us for the room didn't work, so they gave us a physical key instead. Later, we realized that the room door wasn't actually locked and could be easily opened from outside. When we went to the reception desk to explain the situation, they said they would take care of it. However, while our friends were waiting for us in the lobby (for about 30 minutes), no one came to fix the issue in our room. We called the reception multiple times, but couldn't reach anyone. In the end, we left our valuable belongings in our friends' room and requested that the lock problem be resolved by the time we returned. When we came back around 10 pm, our door still hadn't been fixed. We called the reception again, but there was no receptionist available, only a staff member with whom we had difficulty communicating in English. Finally, he realized that the batteries in the door lock had died and replaced them. We were kept waiting for a whole day for such a simple problem to be resolved. We stayed for five nights, and even though our check-in and check-out dates were the same, our friends' room was never cleaned. Overall, the hotel was completely unprofessional and provided very low-quality service.

Alting i orden. Lydløst aircon sikre høj komfort. Ren og frisk roomservice. God altan med udsigt over marinaen 5min gang fra centrum. Pæn modtagelseslobby og spisesal, hvid marmor og højt til loftet. Livligt hotel med mange forskellige gæster på enkeltovernatninger. Absolut høj værdi for pengene for turist som ønsker autentisk oplevelse af Lefkade og opland.

Schöne Aussicht, falls man einen Balkon hat. Der Balkon ist übrigens so nah am Nachbarn, dass wir in das andere Zimmer reinschauen können! Parken ist ziemlich unmöglich, nichtmal anhalten zum ausladen ist möglich. Beim Duschen in der Badewanne wird alles nass (keine Ahnung was das Management hier überlegt hat). Komfortables Bett. Würde etwas anderes in der Region suchen.
