These apartments were very disappointing. The staff member, Maria, was unprofessional and seemed focused only on taking payment rather than helping us. The apartment was poorly maintained and not as advertised. The bathroom was tiny, dirty, and unhygienic, and the floors had hair and dust. Although a cleaner came promptly when requested, the poor upkeep made it hard to improve the condition. Our personal belongings were touched despite asking otherwise, the bedding had holes, towels were stained, and there was no Wi‑Fi inside the apartment. There was also no phone reception, so we had to go outside and use our own data, which was never mentioned in the listing. The location was also misleading, as it is not near shops or cafés as advertised. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend.
