Nestled on the serene shores of the much coveted Barbee Lake chain, our lakefront retreat offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for your next vacation. Enjoy the day swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating and so much more. Spend your evenings with a firepit right next to the water. Perfect environment to create those priceless lake memories.1140 sq ft ranch style with TONS of parking and easy entry ramp access. This is a Sports Lake and Minutes from popular restaurants/bars including live music at the new Lake Life, some amazing food and drinks at the popular Barbee hotel and some of the best pizza around at Dannys. Dollar store minutes away, and 15 minutes from all that Warsaw and Columbia City has to offer. Enjoy a a few nights, or even an extended stay to save! Well water so can have slight smell, I will have bottled water in the fridge. Water is around 4' at end of pier. 2 brand new Kayaks included as well as fire wood for those cool nights. Boat ramp VERY close on Kuhn.

Super place to stay. Very comfortable, just walk out back sliding door lake right there, nice patio set to sit at, firepit. one of the nicest and cleanest places weve stayed at. Missed having a toaster there though

Great lake getaway

We wanted a lake front location that was within a decent driving distance from home. This location was perfect fit for that. Cute little cottage with a perfect view and right on the water. The host was great! We had a wonderful long weekend on the water.
