Ideal for 5 adults + 2 little kids on a small sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms + two full bath. Nice vintage Kitchen, New Stove. Original wood floors in social areas and master bedroom.

This home was absolutely perfect! Super cute and wonderfully decorated — it instantly felt like home. Everything was spotless, and the fenced-in property gave us both privacy and peace of mind. The location is right in the heart of Umatilla, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Communication with the host was a 10/10 — quick, friendly, and so accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again!

Maribel was very sweet. She responded quickly to questions before and during our stay. We received a list of area restaurants and activities in the area which was helpful. The cottage was cozy and inviting. We were so happy our beagle pups could stay with us. Our 25 pound dogs could squeeze through the fence but it would be a perfect fenced in yard for larger dogs. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and just a few minute walk to a park. I had to work from the cottage and the internet was fast and reliable. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing little cottage

Small town neighborhood with a park down the street. Short distance for many resturants and activities. Owner is very accommodating and home is always tighty.

Perfect Cottage Getaway!

Stayed here while our own home in town was being tented for termites. Host was extremely thoughtful and kind. Fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Home was very clean and cozy. Enjoyed our two night stay very much. Highly recommend!

The host was very sweet and thoughtful from the welcome note to the bottle of wine left to enjoy. It is a wonderful place to stay, the beds are very comfortable and the location can’t be beat! If you are looking for a great place to stay with family this is it!

Peaceful Cottage near Mt Dora & Kings Landing

We loved every minute. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. We had several meals in Mt Dora and visited Kings Landings the springs to kayak.(recommend) We will be back to the springs and would recommend this cottage.

Wonderful weekend

Quaint little place

Cute, happy little cottage, it was clean and on a quite street in a very friendly area. Decent size play ground and small skate park just a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again when in the area.

Welcoming and Wonderful

From start to finish, Maribel made my stay sooooo perfect. From the eclectic, comfy accommodations to the yard for my pups to play- I couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest for a couple of days. Book this cottage and you will not regret it one bit!

Perfect weekend

The cottage was perfect for myself and granddaughters enjoying the Ren Fest and local shopping. We enjoyed the front porch and the kids loved the spacious yard. If you are looking for a a comfortable place for a smaller group, this is a great choice! Awesome communication with the owner who made everything easy and welcoming!

Family Fun in Florida

Love the cottage and the decor. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Enjoyed evening walks with the dog. Beautiful neighborhood park with carved wooden sculptors. HIghly recommend this property to anybody.
