Entire 3 Bedroom Home in The Villages - Sleeps 10

Entire house in the Village of Del Mar located within the exclusive gated community of The Villages, Florida! A three bedroom, two bathroom spacious home with a living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, sun room and a patio with grill. It is located on a large lot, only an 8 minute walk (2 minutes by car or golf cart) to Spanish Springs Town Square and a short distance to three different executive golf courses. The Living room has a 65 inch Samsung 4K HDTV with Hulu Live TV. There are TVs in the master and both bedrooms also. Every room is fully furnished with everything that you need for a great stay.

The dining room table has two leaf inserts that can expand the table to accommodate up to
10 guests. The home has a screened-in lanai complete with a tables and chairs. There is also an open-air patio perfect for grilling out on the nice propane grill, which is provided.

The fully functional kitchen has a dinette eating area as well as a bar-style counter top complete with two bar stools. Kitchen comes stocked with snacks, and beverages for guests who are on-the-go. Kitchen fixtures include a full-sized range oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, stainless French-door refrigerator/freezer, and cast-iron sink with stainless pull-down faucet head/sprayer combo and stainless dish soap dispenser. Oneida Service for 10 flatware and Mikasa dinnerware.

Home has two full size bathrooms; Master bathroom has a walk-in shower with large lavatory, large mirror and lots of cabinet storage space. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Both showers come equipped with dual showerheads (fixed showerhead and hand shower attachment). Shampoo, conditioner, body wash gel, bar soap, male & female razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided to each guest.

Two bedrooms have queen sized beds. The twin bedroom has two bunk bed sets (4 twin beds total). Master bedroom has a walk-in closet with full-sized mirror doors and plenty of storage space. The Villages has countless amenities like golf, pickle ball, swimming, etc. available to renters. Please notify us a few days ahead of check-in date if you are interested in these amenities.


In order for us to provide our guests with the highest quality visit, we ask that our guests follow a strict check-in and check-out policy as described in the booking. Guests should plan for a 3pm check-in and 11am check out.

Villages stay Memorial day weekend

This stay has been one of our favorite! The home was so accommodating for our family, even including a toy room for the kiddos! There were many special touches such as small bags of toiletries that included toothbrushes, razors, and soap as well as a stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this property!

Our first village experiences

Once we arrived we quickly noticed bottles of water in the fridge as well as snacks for us to gobble up. The place is comfortable and the owners has a little bag of toiletries for our us which was nice. Beds were comfortable. The place is a little out dated but it didn’t impact our stay

Golf paradise

Stephen was a fabulous host. He scheduled our tee times for our 5 day stay, and even supplied snacks and drinks in the house for us. The location was fabulous with a short golf cart ride to Spanish Springs where we enjoyed bands nightly. Stephen communicated with us in a timely manner and made our stay seamless. He even dialed up perfect weather for our week there. Thanks for that!

A wonderful, clean, comfortable home.

This is probably our best experience with a Vrbo,home. The property was even better then described. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The owners even included some snacks and drinks which was a lot more then we expected and very convenient. The home was very spacious. We have already started making plans to return!

Beautiful home away from home

We had the pleasure of meeting Steve and Suzanne when we arrived and they made us feel so welcomed. They go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. I cant say enough about how clean and beautiful their home is and all the added little touches ,like beverages and snacks for their guests . The location is perfect for getting to Spanish Springs or Sumpter Landing and all The Villages have to offer. We are looking forward to coming back next year 😀.

Pleasant Surprise

Pictures do not do this home justice. Parking was great for two trucks with bass boats and electric outlets placed easy to reach for battery charging. Inside was spotless. Homeowners provided drinks, a bag of ice, and breakfast sandwiches which were beneficial for tournament fishermen having to leave early. Everything was labeled to make finding things easy. We highly recommend this home to others. We will try to rent again when we return.

Wonderful but no breakfast items

The home was wonderful. Comfortable & clean. Suggest adding a throw in living room as many people like them when watching TV. I used small blanket from one if bunk beds. Left it in living room so they’d know. Description said snacks & breakfast items. There were 2 bags of chips and some cookies & candy. As a diabetic those were very bad options for me. No breakfast anything. Minor detail as Publix was 5 minutes away. Overall was great stay!!
