Cozy Home w/ Game Room Villages and Lake Harris
Located in a quiet neighborhood 2 mins from Downtown Leesburg, 6 mins from the hospital and 50 mins from all attractions in Orlando such as, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and the Orlando Eye. This home has a game room, firepit, and basketball court. Beaches like Daytona, New Smyrna and Clearwater are 1 ½ hrs away or visit the beautiful Crystal River, which is 1 hr away. Stores, dining, and mall are nearby. This home is great for quick getaways, business trips or family vaca.
We've made an extra effort to ensure everything is sanitized, especially high touched surfaces. The game room includes a tennis table, assorted board games, and a bar table.
Guests have access to entire home except one room, master bedroom.
Before booking please be aware of these rules:
There is absolutely no smoking in the house. Any trace of smoking that is detected in the house after your stay will be subjected to a $150 fee.
Cost for physical damages done to:
Comforter or Sheets - $40
TVs - $300
Absolutely NO pets allowed there will be a $100 fee for violation of this rule! If you have a service animal please communicate with us first before booking.

Fishing Tournament
It was perfect for a fishing tournament. Price was reasonable. Location was close to the city ramp and Venetian Gardens ramp. At first the area concerned us but that concern went away after speaking to the next door neighbor. Just an older neighborhood of mostly hard working people just trying to make a living. The host was great

The house was in a quiet working class neighborhood central to the Leesburg area. It was clean and well appointed for the price. Exceeded our expectations for the value. We will be back!

This property is still a WIP, the master bedroom and bathroom still being worked on. The host Chantelle was extremely friendly and very helpful during our check-in. At the moment this is an ideal short stay property of 2 to 3 nights, with only one small bathroom available it's a inconvenience over a longer stay. Location for us was ideal, close to the 44 for East/West travel also the 29/441 for North/South travel. And of course Orlando is within easy reach.This property has a lot of potential once all the work is completed, that includes the fridge/freezer, and we wish Chantelle and Cedric all the best for the future.
