We welcome you in our house. Enjoy the rural tranquility in the typical holiday region Ostfriesland. The ground floor, 110sqm accommodation has its own carport for your car. The accessible house includes a bright large living room with separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, storage room with washing machine and dryer. On the invisible terrace you have the opportunity in fresh country air, under a clear starry sky, watching the cows graze in the distance, to end the day. Garden furniture and barbecue are available.
For the children invites a climbing frame with swing and slide, as well as a sandbox on a fenced plot to play.
It is a Non smoking house.
The house is located in the district Logafeld, about 10 minutes by car from the city of Leer.
Shops are also nearby and easy to reach by bike.
Due to the central location and motorway connection you can explore Ostfriesland and the East Frisian Islands as a day trip.
If you like cycling, you are exactly right. We live in the middle of the Fehn and Dollardroute. The Fehnroute leads 165 km through Ostfriesland, Cloppenburg and the Emsland. As well as the dollar route with 206 km over Leer, Emsland and the province of Groningen.
Among other things, the Papenburger Meyerwerft, where all known luxury liners are built, may be of interest to you.
For the nature lovers, the Leeraner Wall hedges are certainly worth seeing.
There is a lot more to see, make yourself a picture of our beautiful Ostfriesland, during a vacation in the country Leer.
We are a pure dairy farm under construction, you are welcome to visit the farm after consultation with our staff.

Geräumig und gut eingerichtet
Das Haus ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt im Grünen, aber nicht abgelegen. Das Einkaufszentrum Ems Park ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Lage ist allerdings nicht so ruhig, wie man meinen könnte. Der benachbarte Bauernhof verursacht oft eine ziemliche Geräuschkulisse, an manchen Tagen schon ab 6 Uhr morgens.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt wie schon im letzten Jahr wieder genießen können. Einkaufszentren und die Innenstadt von Leer sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen.
Der Empfang und die Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich.
Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ländlicher Lage
Das Ferienhaus Schwalbennüst ist ein sehr schönes geräumiges Haus, das von der Besitzerin liebevoll eingerichtet ist.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes war gerade Erntezeit für den Futtermais. Ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis zu sehen wie die Ladungen in den vorbereiteten Mieten verteilt und verfestigt wurden.obwohl wir selbst ländlich wohnen, hatten wir dies noch nie gesehen.
Lieben Dank an an die freundliche Vermieterin.

Tolles Haus mit tollem Garten
Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft - schön groß, der Garten ist eine Wucht. Viel Platz und gut ausgestattete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen.
Die täglichen Besuche bei den Kälbchen, Kühen und Kätzchen waren für die Kinder das absolute Highlight! Vielen Dank auch an den Mitarbeiter, der immer Zeit hatte um Fragen zu beantworten und zu erzählen!
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich auch bei unvorhergesehenen Situationen und hilft wo sie kann!

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in ländlicher Umgebung
Wir haben die Zeit in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Bereits vor unserer Ankunft rief uns Frau Beckering an um uns über eine Baustelle im Emstunnel zu informieren. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Auch haben wir uns sehr über die Milch gefreut, die man kostenlos auf dem Bauernhof nebenan bekommt.
