Stay at Fletcher Jagershorst

All was good, no problems on arrival, room was ready and comfortable. Facilities good and breakfast was a great start to the day. Staff were all great, so my stay was very pleasant. Will most certainly stay again when back in the area.

Parking space was the positive and sufficient, but the rooms did not hold the standard. My room smelled like old sweat and the beds and pillow were quite uncomfortable. Restaurant and service was good, breakfast rather mediocre. Not impressed by the rooms especially.

Fletcher hotel

It was a nice stay, except he rooms we had were very hot and air on not working, so had a fan in room and left door open all night Staff and service was good I will stay again on a colder day!

Nice hotel. Good restaurant, gym, bar, shower, adjustable aircon/heating. Beds could have been better. Not much provided for toiletries - which can be a problem of travelling through an airport like Stansted and arriving with very little.

This is a very nice hotel that is just outside Eindhoven, conveniently located right off the motorway. It is a bit isolated, being not within the city, so it is not possible to walk to tourist areas in Eindhoven from the hotel. They do offer a range of health facilities and have bikes available for guests (not sure if they are rented or free). The restaurant has excellent casual dining and the breakfasts are very good.

Terrible experiance, our room was very worn out, and the heating did not cope with the cold weather, room never felt warm. Barthroom kept flooding every morning, kept telling the staff nothing was fixed. Often 4 nights stay this was very poor.

Could not fault the service we received from staff. Room comfortable, and clean, but not all lights worked, bathroom sink marked and bath yellowing with age. Restaurant was very good too. My husband has owned an international travel company for over 40 years, arranging transport, papers& hotels around the world. Your hotel is definitely on the ‘good’ list to recommend for clients.

The overall stay was fine. The only criticism is that the refrigerators in each of the rooms we stayed in didn't work. And it was a pity about the sauna but oh well. Staff were great.

Kamer ok. Bed schoon en fijn beddengoed. Bed wel wat zacht. Aangezien de kamer in de nabijheid van het zwembad ligt, ruik je het bad. Ik had nu kamer 117 dat was het beter dan de week ervoor in kamer 123. Daar heb je de hele dag en nacht last van chloorliucht. Wel een prima hotel. Lekkere koffie op de kamer.

Zimmer insgesamt OK, es roch etwas muffig und der Teppich sollte dringend erneuert werden. Das Badezimmer war richtig schön, auch mit Badewanne, Frühstücksauwahl gut, aber zu teuer. Personal war das große Highlight der Unterkunft. Super freundlich, serviceorientiert, authentisch und flexibel und wenn ich wiederkomme, dann wäre das sicher ein Grund!
