Ideal for spending carefree vacations on Lake Ledro, this 3-bedroom lakeshore retreat for 6 invites you to enjoy a relaxing as well as an active vacation in the Aldo-Adige region. The ground-floor apartment is split into 2 levels and offers convenient private parking and carefree access to the lake, beaches, hikes and restaurants. It also features a private garden equipped with open-air dining and BBQ.

Inside, the holiday apartment opens into a spacious yet cosy living space with wood panelling and a fireplace. The living area has an open layout, making it easy for you to navigate throughout the house and features sofa seating and TV. The kitchen cum dining area is perfect for indoor meals, however, guests can also dine or enjoy BBQ in the sunny garden

Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster and fridge with freezer.

The holiday apartment is located just a few steps from the clear shores of Lago di Ledro, a quieter alternative to Lake Garda. Within walking distance, you will find several ways to enjoy this swimmable lake and the nature around it. The lake is served by four beaches (the closest one is less than a 5-minute walk away) and offers several hiking routes such as Sentiero della Salute, just a 12-minute walk to explore the outdoors. For active vacations, guests can enjoy wakeboarding and sailing. Meanwhile, those interested in history can visit the Pile Dwelling settlement, one of the best preserved in Europe.

Other famous resorts, like Riva del Garda, Limone sul Garda and Malcesine, Arco, and Nago-Torbole are all within half an hour’s drive from here. The nearest international airport is Milan Bergamo, about 2.15 hours’ drive from this apartment on Lake Ledro.

Gute Lage - Haus aber sehr alt und in keinem guten Gesamtzustand
Das Haus ist groß, aber etwas ungemütlich eingerichtet. Großer Tisch, dafür aber nur ein zweier Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Die zwei Doppelbetten waren gut, aber könnten etwas größer sein. Sehr altes Haus, Heizung wie Leitungen und Toiletten benötigen dringend eine Generalsanierung. Auch das restliche Haus könnte etwas renoviert bzw. Einiges erneuert werden. Fast alle Leitungen tropfen, oder sind undicht. Heizung ist auch ausgefallen, jedoch kümmerte sich die Agentur und der durch sie informierte Hauseigentümer um sehr zeitnahe Hilfe. Bei Ankunft auch nicht wirklich sauber gereinigt. Ein Staubsauger statt lauter Besen wäre wünschenswert. Alles in allem gute Lage, sehr nah am See. Fußweg auch Einkaufsladen und Restaurants, aber trotz relativ kleiner Straße sehr laut untertags. In der Nacht aber sehr ruhig. Leider ist der Garten nicht eingezäunt, somit für Hundebesitzer auch eher suboptimal.
