"The room was comfortable and super clean - robes are a nice touch. My daughter and I arrived late in the evening and the staff was delightful and accommodating. We woke to a stunning view of the mountains and harbor. The breakfast was fabulous. I hope to stay there again. "

"My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip. Children were screaming and diving into the pool from the edge, parents threw their children into the water playfully around me so I had water splashed in my face and so much water was splashed from the pool that my robe and slippers were wet when I exited the pool. It was anything but a relaxing experience. I understand families with children want to play, but even one hour in the evening of peaceful time would be so helpful."

"I’m from the states and we stayed at this gorgeous hotel. And I have to say it was fantastic. Rooms. Staff. Food. It really is a special place. The staff went above and beyond. We went in October and the weather was perfect. I truly feel this hotel has a magical feel. The church bells ringing. The towns below. My husband is a mid west kind of man. He told me he would never forget Lake Garda and our Ley Fey resort. We are actually planning our next visit back to Le Fey and Lake Garda. To me they are now one 💕. "

" ⭐ One Star – A Hotel to Avoid at All Costs ⭐ I travelled from the UK and was deeply disappointed from the moment I arrived. There was no welcome, no offer of help, and no guidance to our room—just a cold reception. The room was uncomfortable, with an air conditioning unit you can’t control (it runs constantly), and the beds were rock hard—easily the worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Do not book breakfast. The food was low quality, limited, and repetitive. I looked at the evening meals and they were the same every night—unappetising and uninspired. The location is very poor if you don’t drive. It’s a 30–40 minute walk into Torrevieja, mostly along a very dark, unlit coastal path that feels unsafe at night. There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about this stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later."

"Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus."
