Nest78 is an elegant, newly renovated two-room apartment located on the eighth floor with elevator, in the center of Lecco. The location is truly unique: above the city, with an open and spectacular view that embraces the roofs of the center, Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. A privileged vantage point that makes every moment of the day special.
The apartment has been designed with contemporary taste to offer comfort and functionality in a bright and welcoming environment. The living area includes a living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining area, while the kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook.
The sleeping area has a double bed and an open wardrobe, while the modern bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Both from the living room and from the bedroom there is access to the private panoramic balcony, furnished with a small table, perfect for a breakfast with a view or an aperitif watching the sunset over the lake. Thanks to the sofa bed, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is located in the center of Lecco, in one of the most convenient and strategic positions in the city, along the road that connects the train station to the lakefront. Leaving home you are immediately immersed in the lively atmosphere of the center, including bars, restaurants, bistrots, shops and all the main services. The lake and the pedestrian lakefront are literally a stone's throw away and allow you to enjoy beautiful walks with a view of the mountains that surround the city.
Lecco is a fascinating city where Lake Como meets the mountains, famous for its spectacular views and for being the setting for Alessandro Manzoni's Betrothed . In addition to the lake and the historic center, nature lovers can easily reach hiking trails, panoramic trails and outdoor activities in every season.
Thanks to the proximity of the train station, the apartment is also an excellent base for exploring the area without a car: by train you can easily reach Milan, Bergamo, Valtellina and the main towns of the Lecce branch of Lake Como, while boats and buses allow you to visit Bellagio, Varenna and the other picturesque villages on the lake.
The house is located in the ZTL area and does not have private parking. It is however possible to arrive by car in the immediate vicinity of the building for loading and unloading luggage. Nearby there are several public car parks within walking distance, both free and for a fee.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. Extra: Some extra services may incur an additional charge. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.
Late check-in fee:
