Romantiska gaisotne

Viesnīca atrodas vecpilsētā, lielā senatnīgā namā ar iekšpagalmu. Numurs iekārtots ar romantiskām mēbelēm itāļu stilā. Es biju rezervējusi numuru ar atsevišķu vannas istabu, bet man iedeva citu- labāku ar plašu vannasistabu numurā. Man viss patika. Tuvumā visi tūrisma objekti, arī stacija nav tālu.

Nessuno sapeva nulla del mio arrivo, arrivato alla struttura ho dovuto telefonare ai numeri ed aspettare il loro arrivo, che però è stato rapido. Per lo stesso motivo, non mi hanno dato la colazione il primo giorno e quando gli ho fatto presente che era compresa si sono giustificati dicendo che non sapevano del mio arrivo, ma hanno acconsentito a darmela per i giorni seguenti... Inoltre ho pagato una tassa di soggiorno alta (2 euro) per 3 giorni... La posizione dell'ostello è ottima,vicino alla stazione, al museo ed al centro, vicino ci sono molti bei locali. Le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli. A parte qualche disguido, sono comunque rimasto soddisfatto e lo consiglierei.

Me and my husband stayed one week in Palazzo Martirano.We were very happy with the accommodation- basic, but clean and spacious It is in an imposing grand , old building.,with the owner in residence.The room is equipped with coffee machine, fridge and TV.The bathroom is huge-shower cabin,bidet-The towels are provided but no toiletters.It is in the prime location in the center of the Old Town , few steps from Duomo and 10 min walk to the railway station, from where you can go to different towns- the train tickets are very cheap - to Ostuni 6 Euro one way.No need to use public transport in Lecce as all the attractions and restaurants are on the door step.We would like to thank our hosts Alessandro, Laura and Mamma for their help and knowledge making our stay very comfortable and pleasant. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anybody who is no fussy though older people might have trouble with the stairs( beautiful marble, but curly and steep).

B&B trascurato

La struttura meriterebbe di essere gestita meglio considerando la splendida posizione in cui si trova (pieno centro storico). L'alloggio era molto carente come pulizia con arredi vecchi e sgangherati. Ragnatele dappertutto e illuminazione insufficiente. Peccato, è un bel posto ma abbisogna di essere curato e gestito con molta...ma molta più attenzione.

Foi maravilhoso ficar no palazzo martirano por duas semanas, o quarto com vista para o terraço era super charmoso, espaçoso e confortavel - com chao de madeira, sofa, mesa, e uma mini cozinha (frigobar, microondas, cafeteira e pia). Alessandro foi sempre gentil e me ajudou no que foi preciso. Fica no lindo centro histórico de Lecce, perto de tudo. Recomendo muito!

muy bien ubicado. un poco dejado.

Tuvimos que esperar por las sabanas. Una de las toallas estaba sucia de hacia tiempo - probablemente sangre-. La señora de la limpieza nos dejo fuera porque cerro las puertas de ingreso a la casa que siempre estaban abiertas y no teníamos la llave . Esperamos una hora afuera hasta que llegó el dueño O encargado. Es una casa que alquila habitaciones,no un hotel . Vi una habitación con el baño dentro y parecía muy agradable. Daba a la calle. Es independiente. En la que nos quedamos nosotros el baño era compartido pero no había nadie mas así que sin problemas. Daba al patio interno. Bomba de agua muy ruidosa. Esa habitación Sin embargo no la recomiendo. No había lugar por la cantidad de armarios que además estaban llenos de ropa...de la familia ? Es económico y muy muy bien ubicado. Mejorando detalles harían mucho.
