Appartamento Nadamare is a 9-bed apartment for vacation rental in Lecce, a stone`s throw from the historic center and the train station.
The apartment is located in a condominium with an elevator and is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, hair dryer, TV etc.
The car can be parked inside the gate of the condominium.

apartment, well finished and furnished with excellent taste, is located
on the sixth floor of an apartment building with an elevator.
The entrance is into a spacious living room furnished with an open kitchenette, dining room, 1 double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms , two of which have en suite bathrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 full shower room.

Nadamare vacation apartment is located in the center of Lecce, in an
area a few steps away from the historic center of the baroque city and
also very close to the train station.
The solution allows you to
spend vacations and short stays in Lecce, without ever having to take
the car. The nearest beaches are those of San Cataldo, Frigole and Torre
Chianca, about 13 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
