"Hello, We have stayed here many times and this last visit was very disappointing. Our first room smelled disgusting, we moved into a new room and had issues there as well. Coffee machine was broken, resort was severely understaffed so when we needed help we couldn’t get any. Added a level of stress for our stay when we look forward to coming to Eden. "

"We checked in and subsequently checked out within an hour. The sink in our room was clogged with hair and had ants coming out of it. They sent a maintenance man to fix it which took the entire hour I was there. I asked to be moved to a new room… even offered to pay for a larger room that was available and was told no. Sink got fixed but I no longer felt like my family would have a pleasant stay at this hotel."

"Found hair in the bathroom and also they didn’t have the hot water and coffee filled. No staff at front desk to get info. "

"Small rooms, kids running around without parent supervision, thin walls can hear everything. Pool is small, kids in the gym without supervision or treat it like a playground. Breakfast was not good. Water filter wasn't the best. Staff was nice. "

"Parking is very close and safe. Comfortable bed. Very dim lights in the room. Good breakfast. I would have liked brown bread but there was only bagels. Still it was a nice breakfast "

"We had to request shower gel and shampoo as it was not replaced the last time it was cleaned. Also the bathroom fan was not working and was told that all the bathrooms have this issue. Also noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned to its standard as I noticed stains on the night stand and desk. Very disappointing as I frequently stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in various locations. "
