Conveniently located 8 miles from Markers Mark Distillery, 0.9 miles from Limestone Branch Distillery and close to Lebanon's historic downtown/ Spring View hospital. Now complete & ready for guests. Perfect for a evening of relaxing with friends (cheers!) or to rest after a long days work (or golf)! Come stay awhile!

This home has a large open space in lower level for gathering with friends, or for everyone to spread out. Large front and back yard and plenty of parking (up to 5 mid size cars).

Newly renovated with stainless steel appliances and new flooring throughout. Here you can have your Bourbon and drink it too! (If you're of age) ;)

Great location and set up for our needs

Our stay was perfect for our needs. We were visiting family in the area so we didn't spend a lot of time outside of mornings and nights at the house but it was great for the needs of our extended family. There were 5 total bedrooms so 10 of us slept very comfortably during the stay. The location was also amazing as it was very close to the family we were visiting. Property owners communicated great and we have no complaints.

Perfect for us!

This couldn't have been a better place for my family and I to stay. It was conveniently located, easy to find and the house was perfect. The rooms were spacious, simply decorated and close to the bathrooms. A family of 3 stayed upstairs and the family with more mobility issues stayed in the lower level. It worked out perfectly!

Perfect location for Makers Mark!

Great location for local distilleries and wineries. About one mile walk to downtown with restaurants and bars. Very clean and nicely decorated home. Loved the garage area as a family hangout area after touring distilleries. Would definitely stay again.

The property was nice & nicely updated! Loved the fire ring! A nice friendly kitty came to visit us outside too. Neighborhood was quiet & easily accessible to Walmart for supplies. Note to future campfire lovers you can get firewood at TSC. 😉

Ladies trip

We are a group of 10 cousins that get together once a year for a ladies long weekend. This year we came from Indiana, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. We were planning a historical trip and visited My Old Kentucky Home, shopped in Bardstown, visited Perryville Civil War battlefield then on to Harrodsburg for a little shopping and a tour of Ft. Harrod. This home seemed to be close to the middle and worked out great as our drive either direction wasn't too long. Nice home!

Psst… Here’s the Perfect Rental House

This is a perfect rental house for small groups visiting the area. The house is clean and has a great flow to allow all guests to feel right at home. However, let's talk about the garage/basement converted into a gathering room. OMG, what a great idea and a fantastic space to hang out with your guest. We took our small Blackstone griddle to cook out and the garage was the perfect area to mingle while cooking. We visited bourbon country so being able to cook out and talk about our bourbon experiences in the garage was the perfect setting. We have been visiting bourbon country for over 35 years and this house is one of the best homes we have rented. Stephanie is the perfect host!!! We highly recommend this wonderful home!!!!

Close to makers mark lots of room

The host was very nice and helpful. The rooms were overall clean but the shower downstairs was not checked over. Founds used bar of soap in it. Had to ask where to get soap and shampoo as it was not put out. It was in the closet that said do not open. The neighbors were having a fight outside swearing. The rooms are nice though and made up for alot of what the owner cannot control.
