Great location and setting. Loved the unique space inside. Also really loved the outdoor patio space with silo and bar top. No complaints would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

What a time

Excellent gathering space

What an amazing get away! We loved the space. From the outdoor area to the large table inside. Our group had a great weekend in Bourbon country. Hosts are fantastic and communicate well.

Fantastic Lodge

This place was awesome. It had so much character. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. Our hosts were so accommodating. We were there to visit the distilleries and it was in a great location. Definitely recommend.

Great place!

This place is awesome. If you're going on a guys trip there is no better place to say. It's exactly as advertised. Plenty of room, beautiful scenery, lots of amenities. All kinds of distilleries not far away. Hosts are nice and easy to contact. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Experience

My girlfriends and I chose this for a bachelorette party and to go on the Bourbon Trails. It was an amazing stay. The place was beautiful! They were amazing to work with and even booked our tour for us and gave us all the information we needed! I highly recommend! I will stay there again if we’re ever in the area!

Awesome place and great hosts!

My wife surprised me with this trip to Kentucky and bourbon trail, me and 11 of my friends! Had a great time and can say a big part of it was this place! We had everything we needed and owners were awesome! We will definitely have to come back and would definitely want to stay here again! Clean, comfortable, and roomy! Five star doesn't do it justice!

Best time!

My family and I stayed at the Lofty Lodge for Derby weekend. Beautiful place! Spacious, comfortable, and had all amenities needed. Owners were awesome too!! Very easy to communicate with. They even stopped by to say hello and to check to see if anything was needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book there again for future events.

Perfect for wedding reception

This property was beautiful and just what we wanted for our wedding reception. We had family and friends traveling from several states to come celebrate with us. All the guests were in awe of how beautiful it was and the space. The outdoor space was the best. We set up a karaoke machine and danced the night away. We will definitely consider having more gatherings here!

Bourbon Trail Trip with Clients

The location is very spacious inside and secluded outside. The owner is on the same property but a good distance away so it was still private. However, they were close enough to assist us with a couple of items that we forgot to bring. We have already booked for next year. This place is unforgettable! You can't find a better atmosphere for a bourbon trail or hunting trip. It has all the large TVs and connectivity to watch sports or whatever while at the same time feeling like a remote rustic hunting lodge.

We stayed here for 5 days and had an amazing time! 3 adult couples and longtime friends in Kentucky for the first time to do the Bourbon Trail and go to the Kentucky/Florida football game. This place was conveniently located to everything we did. It’s a great place to unplug and get away from it all. We loved sitting out by the fire pit at night, listening to music on the tv in the silo and grilling out. Had everything we needed and we all had a great time! Pictures are accurate but they can’t convey the peacefulness we experienced while being there. No interference at all from those working in the barn while we were there. The owners, or someone nearby has 2 of the sweetest dogs that we loved seeing each day as well. Great place to stay for couples, highly recommend!

MSU Bobcats tailgate group does the Bourbon Trail!

We were a group of 11 friends who toured the Bourbon trail for 5 days This place was more than perfect for us to have plenty of comfort and space. It is located perfectly to tour different distilleries in several locations. We made breakfast and dinner everyday and the kitchen worked wonderful for us. Even showering never ran out of hot water. Everyone enjoyed coming back each night to this lovely lofty barn. The only problem was the rainy weather, so didn't get to enjoy the firepit or outside bar. Of course we still tried one evening. Not a fault of the owners. Another problem was they wouldn't let us take the two dogs home with us. So if you have a large group this is the place to stay!

Awesome Stay

First, the pictures do not do this place justice. The main floor, which is technically on the second floor is dramatically, huge with literally an archery range indoors on the side of the main floor. the hunting decorations are impressive and the bar is really cool the outdoor areas nice and convenient. There are large TVs everywhere. It has an office area. The dining room table sits about 18 people. I cannot say enough about this place. It is fantastic. I would only add maybe electrical warmers outside since we went in January and it was really cold. I understand that that is asking a lot but it’s something to consider. We loved our stay and we are definitely going to stay here again.

Bourbon Trail B-Day

Celebrated a 60th B-Day with my brother in laws and toured the bourbon distilleries in Bardstown area. The house was a great landing spot to finish the day with food and rest! Would highly recommend!
