Renovated holiday apartment in an older building. The apartment has 2 floors and a separate entrance.
On the ground floor: Entryway with coat rack and connecting door.
A living area with a separate kitchen, including a dining area. Furnished with a cosy sofa (bed 1), an armchair, a coffee table, and a living room cabinet. Fully equipped built-in kitchen. A TV with satellite reception.
On the top floor: A bedroom with a modern double bed (1.4 m) (Bed 2), nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a desk, as well as an additional TV with satellite reception. A small bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The top floor is air-conditioned!
The apartment thus accommodates 2 to 3 (max. 4) people.
The apartment is not wheelchair accessible!

Free use of bed linens and towels.

Size of the holiday apartment: approx. 60 m²
Pets (dogs) allowed, 5 €/night
Washing machine available.
Non-smoking apartment!!!! (Smoking is permitted outside the door).
Prices do not include meals.
45 € per night (occupancy: 2 people)
Each additional person: 10 €/night
Discounts are available for longer stays.
Final cleaning:
Flat rate: 50 € per stay
Security deposit: 50 €/week; must be paid to the landlord upon arrival!

Lebach is located roughly in the centre of the Saarland.
There are a wide variety of shopping options nearby.
Excellent public transport connections: DB, Saarbahn, regional buses; Lebach-Jabach train station is about a 3-minute walk away. The Kaltenstein Premium Hiking Trail is practically right outside the front door.
