Amazing location. Lovely place. Wish there was shampoo, conditioner & soap in the showers. Other than that, this place was everything we needed.

Nice, easy stay, dirty hot tub.

Hot tub was green and had a film on surface of water. Hot tub was selling point. Otherwise, it was clean, quiet. Beds were comfy. Would stay again if hot tub is properly maintained.

This is a two bedroom- both bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom has AC! Other one has a fan ( floor fan). Both bedrooms have king size bed! We stayed for a night! About a mile or so to the downtown! Overall nice for a family!

Great Spot

Great Spot. I do recommend you bring or buy additional toilet paper and if you stay during summer only one bedroom has an air conditioner the other rooms have fans so be sure to open the house up at night to cool it down with the fans. This house is right next to the new adventure park and just far enough away from festivities to also enjoy some quiet time at the river. Great location, And the hosts are super great to communicate with!

Leavenworth stay

Location of the home is very convenient, about a mile from the city center. Two bedrooms upstairs have huge king size beds, however, one bedroom doesn’t have AC and it was very hot. Downstairs also has no AC and with 100•F, it’s unbearable. Carpets are extremely dirty and need to be replaced. Sheets for downstairs sofa had a bunch of little hairs on them. Kitchen is well stocked.

This is a great place and within walking distance of Front Street and Enchantment Park. The unit has all of the necessities for a weekend in Leavenworth.

The location was quiet and convenient both for walking to eateries in town, and short drive out to The Enchantments. It was clean and had everything needed for beds, towels and basic kitchen supplies. Note there is only a window air conditioner in one bedroom upstairs. We weren’t there in a heat wave, and open windows and fans were adequate.

Great place in great location

Really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for four ladies to stay and visit beautiful Leavenworth before our Alaska cruise! Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!!!

It was a great place to stay, clean, nice kitchen, two king sized beds. My only complaint is that it is advertised as having AC. There is only one window ac in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Fans everywhere. If it had been a hotter day it would have been difficult to sleep in one of the bedrooms.

Great location and accommodations! Easy walk to the large hot tub. Owners were very sympathetic when we were unable to make it there the first night due to weather. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location - walking to downtown on quiet street.

We stayed here to spend some time in downtown Leavenworth but also to do some hiking in the Enchantments. Great location for both! Fuse blew a few times, but owner was immediate to respond with assistance. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot for the weekend

The location is great, about a 15 minute walk to downtown Leavenworth but our group was able to travel with Uber/Lyft which was great! The hot tub was an added bonus and we seemed to be the only ones using it even on a weekend. Check in and out was a breeze and manager responded very quickly to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Townhouse rental

Clean.Easy check in. Longer walk to get to downtown area of Leavenworth. Nice to have fans but more extensive air conditioning would have been better as it was quite hot during our visit. Window a/c unit in one of upstairs bedrooms. One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs.

Warm!

The entrance code for the door was to be the last four digits of my phone number, but apparently they entered it incorrectly. I tried for half an hour sitting on the front stoop to reach the owner. Finally I called VRBO's customer service number. They were able to reach the owner and told them to send me a new code. Unfortunately, they sent it to my incorrect phone number, so another 15 minutes followed until Customer Service gave me an alternate number to reach out to the owner and get the code. 45 minutes in the heat. Then we get inside only to find that the air conditioning was only in one of the second floor bedrooms and did nothing to cool the downstairs and offered very little relief for the second bedroom upstairs. All in all, not a stellar experience.

Would not recommend staying here

I had several issues with this stay. I’ve stayed at numerous VRBOs and their competitors so I’m not new to the typical check in process. The app did not have the info regarding the specific unit or the access code. The property manager was responsive and helped me us get into the property after messaging and then talking on the phone. The info was not on the app, but in an email that was unfortunately not easy to find. The “AC” for the property is a window unit in one of the bedrooms upstairs. I can’t imagine being here on a hot day in the summer. The dinning room table had crumbs and was definitely not clean. The email containing the info to access the hot tub was not correct. There was a hand written note with the correct information to access the hot tub. It would have been helpful to have the email updated with the correct information. Finally, when the futon was slid back to the wall after using it at night one of the legs bent backwards very easily. Very flimsy and broke with just gently sliding it back against the wall. Overall very disappointing stay at this VRBO in Leavenworth and would definitely not recommend
