Convenient, clean and comfortable

This was a nice and quite hotel away from the noise of KC but an easy drive to downtown. It is also very convenient to FT. Leavenworth and is just down the street from the main entrance.

The room was ok, the curtains were super dirty, the air conditioning unit didn’t cool the room down very well and the tv didn’t work but we slept well and enjoyed our stay anyway!

Very nice place to stay. Updated and clean and very friendly staff. The only things that we had a problem with was the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, the shower door would not close tight and we noticed that someone who stayed in our room previous to us had left clothes in the closet.

The exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, the light inside door of room didn't work and TV remote you could only use down button. The room was clean staff was very kind and courteous and I will stay again just home for amenities to actually work properly. Breakfast was very good and hot. Not crowded just a peaceful relaxing weekend away.

It was a very nice property. I really liked the BBQ truck in the parking lot as well. We ate there 3 times. I can see its popular. I like that the man and his daughter are allowed to operate there. They were very friendly and the food was awesome. Only "complaint" was that my 10 yr old son thought the tv was too small. haha. Didn't bother me though. Had a great time. We visited my oldest son at Univ of St Mary. Got to watch him play football on Saturday. The location of the hotel to the college was so convenient.

Stay was great until I reviewed credit card statement 1 month later and saw an additional $100 charge for my Service Animal. I would have NEVER know this was charged to me unless carefully reviewing my card statement. (I produce driver's license, service animal id card at every check in.) Hotels.com less than helpful, so I called Fairfield direct. Lot's of my time wasted when staff checking me in didn't do their job.
