`Bear Den` a Cozy 1 Bedroom tiny Cabin with Hot tub

Black Bears are iconic in the Lake Wenatchee area. The rustic charm of this cabin and modern amenities are sure to delight you. It features a queen bed and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room. Each cabin is 400 sq. ft with a 300 sq. ft porch and a hot tub.

Towels and luxury linens are provided and you will love our Davenport Hotel Mattresses.

Premier modern amenities such as high speed Internet, flat screen TV and Keurig Coffee Maker.
Minimum age of reservation holder is 21 years old.

All cabins are non-smoking. (This includes Vaping)

Our cabins are professionally cleaned & Sanitized before every visit. Please notify us if something has been missed or if it is not up to your standards, again we want your stay with us to be excellent and strive to provide our guests with excellent service.

All cabins are dog friendly. Well mannered and potty trained dogs are welcome in Bear Den, with a limit of 2 dogs. You must notify the host before bringing pets or this will result in a $100 fine . We only charge an additional $35 when you let us know you are bringing them. When outside the cabin all pet`s must be on a leash. Pet owner`s are responsible for their pets Leavenworth Cabin rentals is not responsible for your pet, you are, so please do not leave your dog loose in the cabin when you are not around. Please use a portable kennel or bring your dogs with you, and never leave your pet alone on the back deck. Cats are not allowed.

Lake Wenatchee and Leavenworth Area have a high risk of fires absolutely NO outdoor burning is permitted or fireworks (except for the gas fireplace located on your screened porch) of any kind.

Quiet hours are 10pm-6am.

All garbage and food is to be stored properly. Please do not leave any garbage outside of your vehicle (this includes inside a truck canopy) or on the porches of the cabins. We do have a healthy Bear population in the area and if garbage is left out, they become a problem.

In the event any damage and or missing items that may occur during your stay. Guest can be held financially accountable for damage caused to the rental unit or property. Please act responsibly. Items in the Cabins are property of that cabin please do not remove. (Beach Towels may be taken to Lake Wenatchee for day use just make sure they are returned.)

If you notice any damage or missing furniture upon arrival, please notify us within (3) hours of beginning your stay with us.
