"The bathroom smelled of stale urine like a Texas rest stop in the summer. There were no lamps and the only lighting was a harsh bright white led that was not very easy on the eyes. The staff hid behind a service window and the lobby was never open so if this is southern hospitality then I wonder ..."

"HOTEL. COM YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.., AND THE HOTEL I STAYED IN WAS NASTY AND I HAD TI GO BUY CLEANING ITEMS TO CLEAN I DIDNT STAY BUT ONE IF THE NIGHTS AND I WAS DENIED A REFUND. NOR WAS I ALLOWED TO SEND VIDEO FOOTAGE. . HOW CAN YOU AS A COMPANY REPRESENT SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE AND THEN DENY ME ..."
