"Expedia said I would get a balcony or patio, which I did not get. Called the front desk and they said when you book through them and not the resort you don’t get it. Also the pool hours are terrible. Check in at 4pm get settle in by 5, shower and go to dinner and when u get back you only have an hour to use pool. Wake-up in morning and can’t use pool till 10am and check out is at 11am. Booked this hotel for the pool and did not get to use it. Pool hours should be 9am - 10pm."
