"The property was overall good, but the TV in the bedroom would only show ABC. No matter what channel we tried to watch it never changed from ABC. I did call the front desk and they offered to send someone up but we declined due to it being late and we were only staying one night. It was still frustrating non the less since it was the last day of our vacation and celebrating my husband’s birthday."

"The property itself was in a good area and quiet. The staff is nice and accommodating. Unfortunately there were a few mishaps during my stay. 1. I called customer service to inquire about an early check in and was advised I could check in early. When I arrived I was told I could not check in early due to room availability. The receptionist checked with room service and was able to get me a room. There was miscommunication between customer service and what I was told but it was corrected. 2. We were placed in a room on the 1st floor. It’s very loud with guests frequenting the area which is quite annoying. Also I’m not sure what was going on in the rooms above us on the 2nd floor but people were jumping, running and making a lot of noise. Due to this alone I won’t be staying here again. 3. I was charged for my stay and deposit upon checking in just like any other hotel. They tried charging again the next day for my stay. I reported it to the front desk via a call from my room and was told by Maralinda that the manager would contact me. I was not contacted. I went to the front desk to follow up on my inquiry as to why they were trying g to double charge me and Daniela was great in assisting me and following up promptly to let me know what occurred. Apparently it was a system error and they corrected it. Thank goodness I had my money in a separate account or funds would have been taken out and I would have had to wait on a refund WHILE VACATIONING. I won’t be returning. "

"Room was very clean. Nice shower. Lots of choices for breakfast. Bed was pretty comfortable "

"Overall clean hotel, friendly nice staff, and they serve hot (included) breakfast with scrambled eggs (the light watery hotel kind), a meat, and they have 2 waffle makers with strawberry and regular waffle batter. Iced lemon water was nice to have daily next to the coffee. They had an atm if you need to get cash. Lots of restaurant options in the area and we felt safe exploring and driving around the area and town where the hotel is located. The gym has options for cold, room temp, or warm water which we appreciated. Beds and pillows pretty hotel standard. We liked that the tv was large and it swiveled so we could angle it when eating and getting ready vs watching in bed. We got all the channels we needed to watch sports which was very important to us. We asked for extra bath towels and quickly got more than we asked for from a very friendly, kind front desk woman. One thing we would change is the walls are very thin we heard the people next to us talking loudly early in the morning and banging noises from upstairs but other than that we had a good stay. Would stay here again. "

"Upon arriving I thought omg what did I just do lol but upon entering the office I was like okay so far so good. The front desk clerk 3rd shift was extremely nice and thoughtful! Once we got into our room, it smelled great! That's a big deal for us. I always bring my own cleaning supplies regardless but once in, I didn't need it as "another hotel". I still of course sprayed down the norm but it was very clean! Beds super comfy and had all amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend!"
