"Clean room, quiet, great service. The gentlemsn at the reception was so helpful. Breakfast was good. No assigned parking at the hotel. Since it is downtown, you have to use paying parking spots, sometimes hard to find and only 2 hours at a time, so have to continue paying the machine. Close to streets full of stores and restaurants."

"Close to downtown, easy bus transportation to city centre, safe and secure parking. There was a moldy smell in the building, rooms very small. They claim it is 5 stars, it is not!"

"There are much nicer areas in Caen. This is very close to the train and rental cars, but there are a lot of people hanging out in front of the building. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very accomodating, friendly and helpful."

"clean room good breakfast well located and easy to access. unfortunately, i used to stay there a lot and the parking at night was included, now they change it and it cost more money, i might just take another location next time, overall if you dont have a car, great place, close to the port de plaisance, worth it "
