"I had a lovely stay — the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It’s also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The pool area was a nice bonus — clean and relaxing — and the virtual service made lounging at the pool nice. I always look forward to the warm chocolate chip cookies (still just as delicious!), and I want to give a special mention to Francesco at the front desk. He was kind, soft-spoken, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches."

The only downside was the air conditioning in the bedroom, which struggled to cool effectively and made falling asleep a bit difficult during warmer nights. The pool bar was another delightful feature, offering great service and a wide selection of drinks that kept us refreshed all afternoon. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a small caveat. "Second stay at this lovely hotel and, as previously, it was excellent, staff were so helpful and friendly. It would have been nice to know in advance of the building work that was taking place next door as it could be quite noisy in the daytime when at the pool. However this did not spoil our holiday. "
