Villa Belle Etoile - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 10

Set in enclosed grounds accessible via an electric gate, this villa offers a dream getaway in Martinique. The living room features a TV area with Box Orange and a comfortable corner sofa. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen gives access to a practical utility room.
The covered terrace, with its outdoor dining area, outdoor lounge and hammock, offers stunning views of the pool, Le Vauclin bay and the sea. You can enjoy deckchairs by the pool or a convivial meal in the carbet, equipped with a large table, deckchairs and a charcoal barbecue.
The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms. Two rooms have a 160*200 double bed and a pull-out bed (4 beds per room) and the last room has a 160*200 double bed. There are 10 beds in all. The villa sleeps 10. The villa has two shower rooms with walk-in showers and WCs. There is also a guest WC for added comfort.
Only a 10-minute drive from the beach at Pointe Faula, this villa offers magnificent views of the countryside and the sea.

Destination-specific information
Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odours, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
When you leave Aime Césaire airport, head south on the N5, then take the 1st exit signposted Le François, continue straight on to Le François, and after 12.5 km, at the roundabout at the entrance to Le François, which you'll recognise by its YOLE, take the second exit on the right towards LE VAUCLIN, continue straight on until you reach a roundabout where the first exit on the right will indicate BELLE ETOILE, continue straight on, you will find on the left the access gate to the residence Les Hauts de Sigy, the villa Belle Etoile is located at the end of the street on your left.
