Interiors of the Charming Villa

The kitchen, featuring an American-style bar, serves as a convivial space where culinary delights can be savored against a backdrop of sea views. In the adjacent living room, a cozy ambiance prevails, with a plush white fabric sofa and two comfortable armchairs facing the entertainment center. Completing the furnishings is an elegantly crafted console in Andean laurel wood.

The Villa Thera houses three air-conditioned, comfortable bedrooms with ample storage. The master bedroom, opening onto the terrace, creates a serene and restful ambiance with its canopy bed crafted from Andean laurel adorned with linen curtains and offering a sea vista. Its ensuite bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. Facing the garden, the remaining two bedrooms are appointed with bamboo canopy beds framed by matching bedside tables, sharing a delightful shower room and a separate toilet. A mezzanine, comfortably appointed on an exotic wood floor and featuring two windows overlooking the garden and ocean, provides natural ventilation and includes three 90x190 beds and a baroque armchair.

Idéalement placé pour notre séjour pour effectuer la course Transmartinque , la villa est très accueillante et agréable pour passer un très jolie moment. Le logement est complet , agréable et très fonctionnelle , ce qui nous a permis de passer un très beau séjour. Moins de débroussailleuse :)

Un très doux séjour !

Ce fut un séjour reposant dans cette belle villa au charme créole, une vue dégagée sur la mer tout en étant en pleine campagne. Nos petites filles ont pu se régaler à faire la chasse aux œufs de Pâques dans le grand jardin. Et Alisson qui s’est occupée de nous accueillir a été au top ! Il manquait cruellement de saladier en verre…. Il n’y avait que du plastique

Séjour agréable

Maison agréable, extrêmement bien équipée. Vue au top. Un vrai havre de paix qui appelle au repos. Une voisine qui a récemment aménagé à malheureusement teinté nos vacances d’un goût un peu amer. Dommage.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick

Das Haus ist schön ausgestattet und sehr sauber. WLAN hat gut funktioniert (ev. neu? vergleiche vorherige Bewertung). Der Einkaufsservice vor Anreise hat gut funktioniert (war für uns wichtig, da wir vor einem Feiertag angereist sind). Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Haus auf einer sehr schönen Insel.

Das perfekte Haus, falls kein Internet erforderlich

Die Villa Thera ist ein Traumhaus in schöner Lage. Der große Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Die Terrasse ist gut durchlüftet, so dass einem die üblichen Außentemperaturen (26-28°C) nicht zu warm erscheinen. Grundsätzlich ist alles erforderliche für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt vorhanden. Allerdings reisten wir nur zu zweit. Das Haus ist für 9 Personen buchbar. Spätestens ab einer Belegung mit 6 Personen ist die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck) unzureichend. Insgesamt war das Haus sehr sauber. Ein großes Manko aus unserer Sicht war die unzureichende Internet-Verbindung. Die Bandbreite betrug nur 1,8 MBit down und 0,7 MBit up. Das reichte teilweise nicht einmal, um die E-Mails abzurufen. Das "surfen" im Internet war nur mit großen Einschränkungen möglich. Die Nutzung von Streaming-Diensten, z. B. Mediathek deutscher Nachrichten, Amazon Prime oder Netflix war unmöglich. Ein großes Lob geht an Laura. Diese kümmerte sich hervorragend um alle Belange. Sie versuchte auch, dass Internet-Problem mit dem Provider zu lösen. (Der Provider konnte aber nicht mehr Bandbreite zur Verfügung stellen.) Laura kam uns auch bei unserem Wunsch nach einer späteren Abreise entgegen. Nochmal Danke. Fazit: Wer kein Internet braucht, findet mit der Villa Thera das Traumobjekt mit sehr guter Betreuung. La Villa Thera est une maison de rêve dans un endroit magnifique. La grande piscine vous invite à nager. La terrasse est bien aérée, de sorte que les températures extérieures habituelles (26-28°C) ne semblent pas trop chaudes. En principe, tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour de vacances est disponible. Mais nous n'avons voyagé qu'à deux. La maison peut être réservée pour 9 personnes. Au plus tard à partir d'une occupation avec 6 personnes, l'équipement (vaisselle, verres, couverts) est insuffisant. Dans l'ensemble, la maison était très propre. Un grand défaut de notre point de vue était la connexion internet insuffisante. La bande passante n'était que de 1,8 MBit en moins et de 0,7 MBit en plus. Cela n'a même pas été suffisant pour vérifier les courriels. Le "surf" sur Internet n'était possible qu'avec de grandes restrictions. L'utilisation de services de streaming tels que la médiathèque des stations d'information allemandes, Amazon Prime ou Netflix était impossible. Un grand éloge à Laura. Elle s'est occupée de tous les problèmes avec beaucoup d'attention. Elle a également essayé de résoudre le problème de l'Internet avec le fournisseur. (Mais le fournisseur ne ...
