The 400kV lines run up from the station up to the high-voltage switching station on the south bank at le Planol, and 63kV lines cross back over the river.

Saint-Amans is a hamlet in the commune of Le Truel, in southern Aveyron, in the Raspes de Tarn region. The eponymous lake is connected by tunnel under the Puech de Cassagne and then through penstocks to the Le Pouget hydroelectric power station 500m below. Bourne at 639m on a hill le Bosc.

Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The host was good. We had no issue with the upstairs bedroom, but it could be an issue for more elderly guests.
