Booked online and got a room where I paid for an extra guest (ie. 3 in the room instead of 2 people- one adult and 2 children ages 14 & 16).
I was not provided with an extra bed. There was only one queen sized bed, despite paying extra for the third person when I booked. I then was required to pay an extra 1000000VND at the hotel reception for a fold out bed for 2 nights for my son. Paid in cash for this and no receipt given.
The showers leak. Safes don’t work and are not drilled into the cupboard so had to carry passports about with us.
Breakfast was good, roof bar has a great view & a pool, the service at reception to mind luggage until PM flight was appreciated.
