"Very disappointed. Booked as a stay over from a trip back from Italy. Alarm bells should have started ringing when they charged us 7 a person for a sheet and a towel. Entered the property and there’s a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds.
