The room was clean and had everything I needed-the view of the Massena street, a comfortable bed, a stove, fridge and a microwave.     "Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom wasn’t really suitable for three adults and one child. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which I assume was coming from the drains. The staff did try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the smell lingered for most of the trip.     "we had a great experience at West End Nice hotel, at first room was not convenient to stay for 10 nights but next morning staff at front desk change that and were able to have a much bigger room and shower which made our stay wonderful, breakfast was great and fresh and a great start for the day , hotel was right on the water, very close to everything , 15 minutes to train station and tons of restaurants around, we had a great time."
