The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. "L’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais le cadre est magnifique, nous avons adoré la piscine atypique et l’accès direct sur la plage. Nous avons eu un beau coucher de soleil tout en sirotant nos cocktails au bar.
Par contre l’accueil n’est pas le même pour tous les clients de l’hôtel. Personne ne nous a proposé de prendre nos bagages comme pour les arrivées avant et après nous (nous avons vu et entendu les propositions pour les autres). C’est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir eu cette petite attention...

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "
