"We booked this hotel because of advertised 6 outdoor pools. There are no pools on site. You have to walk to a water park to use their covered pools. It was very crowded and chaotic. "I was stranded in Paris after losing my passport. I stayed here one night because of the location at the airport. never could really get the air-conditioning to work well and the outlets would not charge my electronic with the European adaptor. Nice hotel but way too pricey. I was desperate."

"Reception staff checked us in quickly even though we arrived early. Hotel smells amazing. Room very clean. Air conditioning was a god send in the heat wave that we experienced. Only thing I would say is there was only 3 teabags provided for our 2 night stayso a top up would have been nice."
