"Je hebt een grote tuin die bij het huisje hoort waar je heerlijk in kunt zitten. Wij vonden het ook heel gezellig dat de kat elke dag even kwam buurten. En ook de hond en de kippen liepen af en toe langs, heel leuk. We hebben een bezoek gebracht aan Mont Saint Michel en aan het havenplaatsje Saint Malo. Beiden erg aan te bevelen. En de host Susan was goed te bereiken. Ze was aardig en deed haar best om het ons naar de zin te maken"

"Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette petite caravane avec deux adultes et 3 enfants (13/10 et 2 ans) La literie est très confortable et propre ainsi que le bloc sanitaires à l'écart. Idéal pour passer un moment au calme entouré d'animaux que les enfants ont adoré. Seul petit choses c'est que nous n'avons pas eue d'électricité dans la caravane car le panneau solaire n'avait pas chargé. Mais pour une nuit c'était très bien. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques."

Bémol sur l'électricité qu'il faut couper au disjoncteur sur un différentiel pour ne pas avoir le ronronnement de la VMC, ce qui coupe l'électricité du studio, plus de lumière ni télé. "We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location. It is small, more like a restaurant with rooms and is very traditional in feel. It takes around 20-25 minutes to walk into the town of Mayenne along the river. Breakfast was good and we had dinner in the restaurant one night which was very good. Staff are polite and helpful. There is a small bar near to the reception area, although beer is expensive. It is a great place to sit outside with a drink, watching the wildlife on the river. The weather was hot when we stayed and being an older style property, there is no air conditioning or a fan. As it is such a quiet area, we were able to open the windows overnight. If visiting this area again, I would certainly stay here, although not in July or August, when it is likelier to be hotter than it was when we stayed"

A grumpy lady then came to check us in. The restaurant staff were lovely and helpful and the gentleman we paid was very helpful. The hotel is old and needs freshening up. It looks dirty and run down on the landings"
