Ich kann das Haus sehr empfehlen. Es hat einen separaten Wohntrakt mit fantastischen Blick auf das Meer und einen separaten Schlaftrakt mit Bad und Klimaanlage. Laurence ist eine tolle Gastgeberin!!

Un petit paradis !

Se réveiller, prendre son petit déjeuner avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie du Marin et le magnifique jardin Tropicale de Laurence, faire un plouf dans la piscine dans ce décor enchanteur dont on ne se lasse pas, c'est ça la réalité de ce petit paradis dans lequel Laurence nous a accueilli avec disponibilité et en étant très arrangeante pour faciliter notre séjour. La location correspond parfaitement à la description de l'annonce; L'endroit est calme et privilégié, son accès sera facilité si la voiture est un peu surélevée car la pente est ardue, mais une telle vue ça se mérite ! Nous sommes ravis et avons déjà envie de revenir, merci Laurence.

Villa Kouri vini sur le Marin

- Les photos ont été prises il y a 10 ans et la vue sur la Baie du Marin , ne ressemble plus à celle des photos car la végétation a poussé et on ne voit presque plus la baie. -Nous y sommes demeurés 2 semaines, j'aurais aimé qu'un léger ménage des lieux soit fait après 1 semaine d'hébergement. - Le lit et les oreillers étaient HYPER inconfortables.

Nous cherchions un endroit pouvant accueillir une famille de 3 personnes sans finir dans un appartement ni dans une maison démesurée... C’était l’endroit parfait. Une petite maison au top avec tout le confort et un équipement au point. La piscine privée pour notre logement était parfaite. La cuisine ouverte sur la piscine et le jardin est top! Bref on adore. Et surtout un grand merci à Laurène et son mari qui nous ont super bien accueilli et bien rendu service. On reviendra c’est sur! Vive Le Marin.

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours avec notre fille de 19 mois dans la maison Kay Ti Lou. Tout était parfait: tout d’abord Laurence et Eric sont des hôtes discrets, arrangeants et sympathiques. Le Jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Un bonheur de se réveiller chaque matin au milieu de cette végétation. La maison quant à elle, avec sa piscine individuelle et sa cuisine ouverte ne manquait de rien. A coup sûr nous reviendrons au Verger de Cedalise. Merci encore Laurence et Eric.

Beautiful is not a good enough word

I came to Martinique to prepare my boat and gather my crew and did not expect to be at the house as much as I was. I couldn’t have picked a more relaxing and comfortable setting in which to do the work required while I tried to make arrangements for the voyage. Laurence was very accommodating, and me not speaking French, her excellent English made communications easy. I would strongly recommend this piece of paradise.

June Vacation

First visit to Martinique off season. Property is lovely, comprised of two homes (each very private and separated by a fence) with small private pool and wonderful outdoor patio and open kitchen area. Large garden with tropical plants and fruit trees and beautiful views onto verdant hills. Very peaceful. The only downside is the access road which is unpaved and rutted. Owner is very personable and friendly. Recommended.

Zwei wunderbare Wochen

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprechen auch gut englisch. Das Grundstück ist schön eingewachsen in einem wunderschönen Garten. Man hat ein sehr ruhiges, nicht einsehbares Plätzchen. Die Region im Süden ist perfekt zum Sonnen und Baden, da es hier viel weniger regnet als im Norden der Insel! Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!
