Great communication with the host. Super clean Outdoor space is very convenient with a roof in case of rain you can still enjoy the outside. Kitchen is very well equipped to cook. Quiet and safe area Lots of space

Good value

The room is quite small, but since there is good space outside on the patio, that is no problem. Separate apartments and you don’t get to see the other tenants. There is just a view of the swimming pool. The pool itself is detached and goes with another apartment. Reasonably good communication before with owner. Good reception at arrival. The place is nicely situated in the hills over Le Gosier, but only a ten-fifteen minute walk wil get you to the centre and to the beach.

Nice place with full air condition. The written WIFI code is a wrong code so do not waste your time using it. You can call the guy to give the correct code. The place has no kitchen. I was initially under the impression that it got one. Generally, I like the place because I got enough area to do my walking exercises and I can easily catch buses to do my business.

Amazing service from owner. We didn’t realize they foreign exchange counter closes early at the airport so we were stuck without any local currencies because they don’t use $US. The host was kind enough to pay for our cab and have us use our credit card to pay him back.

Short visit

Location was not good in an residential area and area was not well maintained, access was poor - needed to know where the key are, room / apartment was ok but of one star quality, bed was of foam and sagging - needs to be replaced. Overall, I spent the night then moved on. Pricey for what I had.

Great stay while on the budget

Overall we loved it. The accommodation allowed us to be independent. We had rented the classic bungalow. The only downside were a few issues with the description on hotel.com. First, we were not aware that the toilet was in another building (not far though), secondly the bed definitely did not have a memory foam mattress and lastly the advertised pool was located in the landlord's private property (not accessible without his invitation). APART from that we enjoyed every minute there and the fact that we had two outside sitting options was amazing. Also the A/C was not only very efficient it was also of great standard and environmentally friendly.

Not easy to find but the taxi driver called the owner to locate the property. The unit was clean and functional and had everything we needed for our one night stay, however it was very small. This was not a problem for one night but a longer stay might not have been so easy. I think there are larger units, so check which room you are booking if staying for longer. The outside courtyard/garden area is a nice place to sit out. There is a shop in walking distance but it is up a steep hill. No problem for us but might prove difficult for others. A car would be ideal in this area. The owner met us to check us in, and was very kind and friendly. Easily contacted too.

Finding the property was close to impossible, gps not finding the last 200 meter and no indication on the street. The worst was the rude attitude of the person who is supposed to let you in. He refused to let me at least leave my luggage,I had the audacity to show up at 2:05 pm!!! Raining, no way outside the gate to sit /shelter. 3pm check in time. was like going to a boot camp. Sorry, I am on vacation and not responsible for delays/ lack of transportation. Insulted me, mocked me. Forbid an incoming guest to let me in and wait at his place. And I received no message indicating the code of the gate and rest .Claiming my phone was none existant( there is an email too)!So rude, avoid the place if you expect a resting non confrontational residence

Bungalow idéal petit budget

Bungalow parfait , rapport qualité prix top . Il n’est pas proche de la plage, il faut un véhicule mais à ce prix c’est idéal pour les petits budget . Un peu dur à trouver , il y a juste une boîte aux lettres écrit SG. Arrivée et départ autonome très pratique.

L’hébergement est très bien équipé et très propre. Le propriétaire est assez réactif. Par contre il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule parce que c’est assez loin de tout mais l’endroit est calme donc c’est avantage.
