Located in a quiet, green and well ventilated with stunning and beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding islands:
Independent gite adjoining the owner 's house, located upstairs: it has an air - conditioned mezzanine bedroom (double bed), a shower room with WC. A large living room with sofa bed, WiFi.
The living room overlooks a fitted kitchen: fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine ...
Covered terrace with beautiful pool and sea views. You have access to the garden, BBQ, and pool (shared with us). Location secure parking.
Cottage that can accommodate 4 people. Sheets and towels provided, provision of a cot.
Beach a 5 min walk and those of Ste Anne in 7 minutes by car. The airport is 25 minutes and commerce 1km.

HOSTS MADE US FEEL WE WERE IN OUR OWN HOME

Our kind sweet host Adeline greeted me with a beautiful smile. She showed me around, and made it clear we should make ourselves at home in the apartment and putside grounds..pool etc.. The apartment super clean, all amenities, very pretty and airy with private balcony overlooking the ocean. Her husband was equally welcoming and engaged in wanting to make sure all was great. We had the pool to ourselves all day as well. He also runs an excursion boat tour to the islands that surround Guadeloupe.. Marie Gallant and cruises to St Francois etc.. very inexpensive with snacks drinks etc..The host wss very accessie on VRBO BY MESSAGE HOST. I cannot wait to return very soon.

Trop bien. Snorkeling magnifique , aquarium sur toutes les plages. Plongée top. Visite des îles, saintes, petite terre, .. magnifiques. Randos cascades, sortie dauphins et baleines... Les restos très très biens. En un mot inoubliable.

Gîte superbement localisé: quartier résidentiel au calme avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et sur les îles de Marie Galante et les Saintes et sur Basse Terre. We really enjoyed our time at this property. The owner was very kind to us, and very responsive in helping us when we needed it. The pool was nice and the unit had everything we needed to be comfortable and cook some meals too. Great way to end our trip to Guadloupe!

Super séjour dans ce gîte,durée d un mois, le gîte est complet il y a ce qu il faut pour des vacances,climatisation compris et heureusement vue les chaleurs des Antilles. Nous n avons pas pu voir la propriétaire car elle aussi a bien le droit à ces vacances en famille 😊mais la communication était présente ,la voisine étant aussi disponible en cas de besoin,merci Lucie ,le séjour c est donc bien passé.je reviendrai dans ce gîte dès mon retour en Guadeloupe 😊merci Adeline et au plaisir de te voir un jour 😉😊

3ème séjour guadeloupéen: localisation au top!

Après 2 séjours sur Basse Terre en 2011 et 2015, nous avons décidé de loger sur Grande Terre. La localisation du gîté est vraiment appréciable pour les visites (grosso modo vous êtes à environ 1 heure de route des endroits les plus éloignés, y compris sur Basse Terre). La piscine est très agréable. La vue sur mer est impressionnante. Merci Adeline & Sophie qui a pris le relais en l'absence des propriétaires.

Un beau domaine à raffraichir quabd même

Originaire de l'île... vivant en métropole... adepte des mini location successives, nous avons passé 17 jours dans ce lieu. Très beau plan de vue , domaine bien situé cependant de nombreux petits points entache la jovialité et la jouissance des lieux. Accueilli brièvement par une amie des propriétaires (étant en déplacement ) nous avons pris rapidement nos marques. Quelques petits bémols Nous avons du refaire le ménage avant de déballer les valises. 3 Couchages dont 2 principaux à changer vu leur vétusté. Le matelas de la chambre principale est a changer par "un neuf". Pourtant il nous avait été affirmé que le mateias avait été changé eu égard des critiques précédentes. Ça n'était pas le cas . Le clic claque penche à l'ouverture et quand on s'y couche. Attention. Une fuite d'eau dans le plafond de la chambre. Manque de lingerie dès le départ (selon le propriétaire les futurs passager en seront doté ) Le reste fut quand même adéquat et le séjour fut agréable dans l'ensemble. La vue (de la chambre et celle de la terrasse principale) est le plus de ce beau domaine arborée avec soin. Le jardinier est très agreable et agrémente votre séjour avec quelques fruits et legumes du pays quand il le peut. Malgré l'absence physique des propriétaires., il y a du monde qui s'occupe de l'entretien extérieur, piscine incluse . Merci Adeline pour ce séjour et nos échanges cordiaux.
