- Rent of duplex apartment in a newly and luxurious apartment building, with unobstructed view of the sea. Located in a peninsula, the apartment is a few steps from the Marina (where arrive the ships of the 'route Rhum' race.
The apartment is sea front, 50 meters from the beach in an exceptional panorama, in the centre of Guadeloupe.
From the apartment corridor, there is a sea and mountains view of Basse Terre as well as a beautiful white sand cove where you can swim in a 27º water.
A nice infinity pool of 22 metres is available.
All the shops are nearby.
