Plus, it's just a short stroll from the beach, offering easy access to seaside bliss.

My Charming Lovely Villa in Martinique

Nestled amidst a sprawling tropical garden spanning 1500 m2, boasting mango trees, soursop trees, traveler's trees, lemon trees, guava trees... Villa Mabouya is a mere 10-minute walk from the beach and local shops. To make the most of the lush garden views, a spacious terrace awaits on the first floor.

With a fully-equipped mahogany kitchen seamlessly connected to the terrace via an exotic wood pass-through complete with bar stools, Villa Mabouya strikes the perfect balance of functionality and style. The living room's high ceilings lend an airy feel to the space.

Villa Mabouya boasts four air-conditioned bedrooms, three with their own ensuite shower rooms and separate toilets. Positioned on the first floor, the first two bedrooms feature canopy beds crafted from Andean laurel, draped in cotton veil mosquito netting. The first bedroom opens onto the terrace, adorned in soothing blues and whites, while the second bedroom radiates warm yellow-orange tones. The third bedroom offers a trundle bed. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is a spacious retreat paying homage to the beauty of wood.

Tout était parfait la maison et le jardin magnifique. Juste une petite suggestion, Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de paillasson a l'entrée de la cuisine et à l'entrée de la chambre du bas.

Beaucoup d'éspace (4 chambres, 3 salles de bain). Les terrasses (!) ou nous avons passe le temps, et le jardin (!). Parking pour la voiture (compacte). Le contact et le service sans faute. Merci Stephanie et Loulou. Une suggestion serait des coussins de chaise pour la table á manger

Un bon point de chute et une maison agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa Mabouya. La maison est bien située et très agréable à vivre. L'accueil et la communication avec Stéphanie étaient simples et fluides. Merci ! A noter que la chambre studio est un peu bruyante avec les climatisations à proximité, et la cuisine n'est pas très bien équipée en petit électroménager.

Séjour inoubliable dans un petit paradis!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement de la villa, la propreté impeccable, la beauté du terrain et des fleurs, la grande piscine très propre (où mes filles se sont beaucoup amusées!!) et la magnifique terrasse pour partager des repas en famille! Les chambres, très belles et confortables, étaient munies d’un climatiseur très apprécié! Il aurait été apprécié d’avoir un bbq fonctionnel et un peu plus de papier de toilette en réserve (il n’y avait qu’un rouleau par salle de bain). On aurait aussi aimé être avisés du moment des visites du jardinier et du préposé à la piscine, mais ce ne sont que des détails! Rien de tout cela n’a nui au plaisir de notre séjour tout était vraiment génial!!

L'accueil sur les lieu est irréprochable et très sympathique. Villa très agréable.

Nous avons vécu 10 jours de vacances superbes dans cette villa . L'accueil est irréprochable et très réactif . Le logement est très bien équipé, sécurisé pour la présence de jeunes enfants, et crée une superbe ambiance de villa créole. La commune du Diamant est très bien située pour decouvrir l'île. Nous recommederons la villa Mabouya .

Passez des bonnes vacances

La maison et les alentours sont magnifiques. Seul problème, l’odeur du bois dans la maison, ce qui n est pas mentionné dans l’annonce, une découverte qui selon nous justifiera une diminution du prix. L'accueil à l’arrivée n’était pas très chaleureux mais on a apprécié qu’on pouvait accéder à la maison plus tôt. Autre problème au niveau de communication, quand on voulait aller chercher le ticket gratuit pour la distillerie Clément, on a perdu une heure et impossible de trouver les locaux. C’est en demandant l’agent à la fin des vacances qu’on était informé du déménagement de l’agence et on n‘a pas eu le ticket gratuit, donc promesse pas tenue. Cdlt Yoann

Villa Mabouya can be recommended

The villa is fantastic we (6 people) enjoyed the stay very much. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, it has everything you need to cook. Even in bad weather the terrace is the centre of attention for all residents. The villa is furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We would come again. The house was clean for Caribbean conditions. In two rooms and the kitchen there was an unpleasant smell, which went away with time, but not completely. As a non-French speaking guest, communication with the estate agent was limited.
