A relaxing stay

Lovely to be able to get onto the beach in very little time down a rocky path Spent many a happy hour sitting in the Chill bar nearby - it's real luxury to have people bring you cold drinks as you lie back on a sunbed admiring the view The village is about 20 to 30 mins walk along the beach. Planette Diamante restaurant is great and reasonably priced. The ice cream parlour is the best I've been to There is a small supermarket and boulangerie both of which close on a Sunday Gladys was delightful and gave us a warm welcome The apartment is modern, clean and we cooked at there a couple of evenings We got about by foot mainly and occasionally by taxi A great week!

La situation géographique (à proximité d'une plage) et le stationnement privé fut grandement apprécié. Par contre, nous avions opté pour cet hébergement incluant un lave-linge qui était bel et bien spécifié dans sa description alors que dans les faits, il n'y en avait pas du tout. Ce qui de toute évidence a chamboulé le déroulement de notre séjour.

Accueil très sympathique par Gladys, nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir rester quelques heures de plus le jour de notre départ, dans l'attente de notre vol. Studio très bien situé permettant un accès à pied à la plage village tout proche, splendides paysages

Parfait !

Tout était parfait ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement. Nous avons été accueillis par David, le fils de Gladys, puis par Max DE LEPINE, tous deux très sympathiques ! L’appartement est fonctionnel (il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner !), propre, et bien situé avec un accès direct à la plage et un parking privé. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

conforme à la description

la location est annoncée pour 4 personnes, mais il faudrait dire 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants car avec 1 grand lit et un canapé il n'y a plus bcp de place. pas de problème pour nous car nous étions 2. La résidence est sécurisée et il y a suffisamment de place de parking et surtout on ne peux pas être plus près de la place 25 m tout au plus. Parfait.

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sehr hilfreich war das WLAN. Der Strand ist in einer Minute erreichbar, ein paar Meter weiter ein Strandlokal. Besser geht nicht.

On ne peut guère être plus près de la mer ! Bain matin et/ou soir depuis la location ! Joli coin calme non loin des belles plages des anses d'Arlet. Tout est à disposition pour faire de la cuisine si le cœur vous en dit :) A recommander

Ayant séjourné durant 4 semaines dans 4 logements différents et dans la même catégorie de prix, je classerai celui ci en quatrième position. les plus: proximité de la plage, petite vue sur mer ,proche du centre ville, wifi, logement propre. Bon accueil. les moins : le carré de douche demanderai une petite rénovation ( les joints), la porte coulissante ne fermant pas à clé, la terrasse très encombrée ( gros aspirateur, tout le matériel de ménage), petit électroménager pas conforme à la description ( pas de grille pain, auto cuiseur hs, jamais trouvé la machine à laver. Séjour quand même agréable, mais logement un peu surclassé quant au prix.

« Nous avons fait un magnifique séjour au Village du Diamant. Le studio est génial, bien équipé et propre. La mer est à deux pas et la plage est à couper le souffle et très tranquille. Max est formidable et a su se rendre disponible pour nous à tout moment. Un homme exceptionnellement généreux et gentil. Le coin est aussi sécuritaire avec plusieurs commodités à distance à pieds. Le village est charmant, un vrai trésor. Nous reviendrons ici, c’est certain! »

Studio simple et efficace, bien situé vers la plage et avec une belle vue sur le rocher du Diamant. La résidence est calme et entretenue. Compte tenu de la taille du logement, c'est idéal pour un couple avec ou sans un enfant. Plus de 3, cela me paraît compliqué.

"Endroit très calme et tellement proche de la plage que le bruit de la mer vous repose. Il faut être assez grand pour attraper certains objets dans la cuisine, mais bon rapport qualité/prix. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la plupart des lieux "touristiques" de la Martinique."
