- Newly remodeled riverfront home with private boat ramp and dock. Enjoy this 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps up to 10. Wake up to the beautiful Mississippi River. Sit on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Watch the wildlife (including the eagles) from the back deck. Private concrete boat ramp to put your ski boat or fishing boat in and tie it off at the end of the day on the private dock. Grill on the back deck or enjoy the fire pit in the evenings. Full game room in garage including golf simulator, poker table, ping pong table. This house is a families dream even in the winter. Wineries nearby as well. Minutes from historic downtown Le Claire and 10 miles from the Quad Cities. House is handicap accessible.
