From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — kind, attentive, and always happy to help. The rooms were spotless, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. Breakfast was a real highlight: delicious, well-presented, and a great way to start each morning The location is simply amazing, perfectly placed to explore the city, with easy access to everything Paris has to offer. The hotel also has a pleasantly quiet atmosphere, which we really appreciated after long days of sightseeing. We did experience some WiFi connectivity issues during our stay, but the team handled it promptly and moved us to a new room without any fuss. It’s always reassuring when a hotel responds to concerns with professionalism and care. Overall, a charming and comfortable base for a Paris trip. We’d happily return!

Great experience and outstanding customer service.

Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room was bright and clean. I had lunch at restaurant, very good! Transportation to airport was reliable. Had a perfect stay of 2 nights here. Will be back!
