"Lovely character property, fantastic garden space with plenty of shady areas and great facilities, including a lovely pool.Location was great with supermarket, bakery, restaurant all walking distance so car was not needed. Bus stop close by with regular buses to Cannes seafront (15 minutes) and to the very pretty village of Mougin. Just a bit of noise from a nearby car wash but overall we had a fantastic week. "Last minute trip and was booked into this hotel as availability in Cannes was very limited due to the festival, From the outside it looks unwelcoming but once inside it is comfortable with the team running the hotel excellent and happy to help with any question asked of them from tact booking to obliging with plug converter. "I don't understand how it can be rated with 4 or even 3 stars. It wouldn't get a single star in Cuba, or other places where rating is arbitrary. The neighborhood is suspicious, the location is hard to find, the rooms are dirty and smell mold - it is something everyone should avoid. The only positive thing was the staff, who allowed us to leave after the first night and not pay for the others we had booked. I'm just keeping this short - avoid this thing which I can't call a hotel."
