"Florence was a great host! I felt especially safe as a solo traveler at this gated property. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and attractive. I would recommend travelers to have a vehicle, as it is a bit of a walk to stores or restaurants. There is a bus stop about ten minutes (walking) away but I didn’t have a great experience trying to learn and utilize the bus system. "Although we made a reservation for a twin-bed room and availability was confirmed, we were still asked to pay an additional fee for this request. This created a very negative impression in terms of customer experience. More importantly, there was no staff available who could communicate in English during the night, which caused significant inconvenience. Overall, based on our experience, we would not recommend choosing this property."
